A product can be returned or exchanged if:

• It is unused and in original packaging

• It is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• You contact us within 3 days of receiving the product

Non-Returnable Items:

• Hygiene-related products (beds, grooming tools, litter items)

Refund Processing:
Once the return is approved and the product is inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Return Shipping:
